It is a great pleasure to welcome you to the Macau International Forum 2007-- Hepatobiliary & Pancreatic Surgery held by Macau Surgical Association (MSA) in Macau SAR, China, in 13-16 April 2007. The venue is Macau Tower Convention & Entertainment Center. |
We believe that specialist from China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and other parts of the world meeting and sharing with each other on current issues and challenges in Hepatobilliry surgery will help elevate standards of surgical practice in the region and the world as well. |
This forum will focus on enhancing the professional standard, exploring new technology in research and development and clinical application. I can assure you that this meeting will be worthy of your time. Looking forward to meeting and sharing with you in Macau. |

澳門外科學會主要是由澳門外科醫生組成的非牟利專業學術團體。宗旨為團結和聯繫澳門地區及國內、外的外科專業人士，致力發展澳門外科專業，提高科研、學術水平，為澳門市民提供高質素的醫療服務，同時開展對年青醫生的醫學繼續教育。
本會自2003年4月成立以來一直努力不懈地推動澳門外科之學術發展。並已舉辦了大量各項活動，包括每年大型的學術年會，常見外科病醫學講座，外科嘉年華活動及多次手術演示。本會亦曾派代表出席在香港、中國、馬來西亞、印度、新加坡和美國等地舉行的地區性或國際性外科學術會議。理事長亦於2005年代表澳門參加南亞海嘯救災工作並榮獲特區政府英勇頒章。 |

為讓澳門的醫學專業人士擴大與國內、國際交流，為進一步提升澳門的國際地位，本會於2007年4月13日至15日（共三天）在澳門舉行「2007澳門肝膽胰脾外科國際論壇」。屆時將邀請多位來自香港、臺灣、日本、澳洲、紐西蘭及歐洲等國際、國內知名醫學專家教授來澳講學。這是一次相當大型的國際性學術活動，預計超過500人參加會議。 |

這次學術論壇的主題仍然緊緊圍繞肝膽外科當前的發展現狀、趨勢和面臨的學術 “難點” 和 “熱點” ，共同探討所涉及的相關問題。我們相信將像以往一樣把這次 “學術論壇” 辦成學術水平高、學術氣氛濃的嚴謹求實、尋師交友的盛會。
